Shipping & Delivery
Domestic shipping can take up to 5 business days.
Foreign shipping could take up to 14 business days.
Due to global supply chain challenges, shipping times could be longer than usual.
Shipping rates can vary depending on your region and are calculated at checkout. We offer FREE Shipping all over the India above orders worth 2000INR.

Please note that free shipping is not applicable for international orders and that shipping rates could vary depending on your region.
Returns & Refunds
We offer refund and exchanges only if the product has arrived damaged. Also we offer exchanges on sizes.
Our policy lasts 15 days. If 15 days have gone by since your date of delivery (as recorded by the shipping provider), unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
In the case of merchandise, returned items must be unused and unwashed for hygiene reasons; and returned with original packaging and tags in place. Items without tags will not be accepted.
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
Please do not accept any order if seal is broken/unsealed at the time of delivery; as such orders will not be accepted if returned.
All our mats are final purchases - no refunds or exchanges given.
In the case when theproduct and packaging are unopened and undamaged, you areeligiblefor a full refund.
In the case whenthe packaging has been opened and the product has been used, you areeligiblefor a partial refund.
In the case when aproduct has been damaged, and the damage is not covered by your warranty, you arenot eligiblefor a refund.

When an order does not include free shipping, all shipping costs (including the return shipping) are handled by the customer.
When an order includes free shipping, only the cost of the return shipping is handled by the customer.
Once your return is received and inspected by the quality team (has to meet all conditions), we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund within 72 hours from the date of receiving them.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
Any returned item received by us that do not meet the above mentioned conditions, will not be accepted and will be returned back to you at your expense. No amount will be reimbursed in this case
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged upon delivery with proof of damage. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at info@spiritualwarriorshop.com and send your item to:

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
If you have to cancel an order please do so within 24 hours of placing the order
To return your product, please first send us an email on info@spiritualwarriorshop.com to let us know that you will be sending them and the reason why. Please include your order number, registered email and product name. Please mail your product to:

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
If you are shipping an item over 2000 INR, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item. Shakti Warrior is not responsible for lost or stolen goods.
