Total Time: 25 minutes

Ingredients and Directions (Assemble in the order of ingredients listed):

 

Toast: 4 slices of Whole wheat Bread with grains, toasted

 

Raddish Toast:

  • Spread cream cheese on the toast

  • Add 1/2 cup Alfafa Sprouts

  • Add 1/2 a Radish bulb sliced

  • Tumeric to sprinkle

 

Egg Toast:

  • Spread 1/3 a cup of arugala on the toast

  • Add 3 chopped cherry tomato

  • Add 1 Boiled Egg, sliced

 

Beetroot Toast:

  • Add 1/3 cup of arugala on the toast

  • Add 1/5 cup of gorgonzola cheese

  • Add 1 beetroot bulb sliced

  • Add 1/2 pear sliced

 

Avocado Toast

  • Put 2/3 Avocado sliced on the toast

  • Add 1/5 cup of sunflower seeds

  • Squeeze lemon on top

  • Sprinkle Cayenne pepper

  • Add 1 dried red chilli pepper
